Company Profile
We build printed circuit board assemblies for other companies — from the first prototype to repeat volume production, on our own lines in Zhuhai.
Zhuhai Kameda Technology Co., Ltd. (brand KAMEDA) was founded on 20 July 2018 and operates at No.26 XinKe 2nd Rd, Baijiao Science & Technology Industrial Park, Doumen District, Zhuhai, Guangdong. The plant runs three SMT lines, plus through-hole (DIP), post-solder, mixed technology, BGA assembly and BGA rework. Boards are built on FR-4, aluminium (MCPCB), ceramic, Rogers, flex and rigid-flex, including multilayer, HDI, blind and buried vias and controlled impedance stack-ups. Work is taken on three commercial models — turnkey, partial turnkey and consigned assembly — covering component purchasing, BOM kitting, prototype, pilot run, volume production and box build. The production floor is temperature and humidity controlled and ESD-controlled, and AOI, X-ray, ICT, flying probe and functional test are all in-house. Finished product ships to customers in Australia, Brazil, Europe and North America.
Besides assembly, the company has electronics design, automation and rapid prototyping teams. They take on schematic design, PCB layout, firmware development and SDK work, and run DFM, DFT and DFR review during design rather than after the first build fails. More than 100 industrial robots are in operation in the plant, together with SCARA work cells.
Rapid prototyping runs more than 50 printers, giving roughly 30,000 print-hours of installed capacity a month, backed by CNC machining, laser cutting and laser welding. In practice that means enclosure parts, jigs and test fixtures for a new product are made here during NPI instead of being subcontracted and waited on.
Location
The plant sits on the west bank of the Greater Bay Area, in Doumen District, Zhuhai. Zhuhai Jinwan Airport and Gaolan Port are both inside Zhuhai. Hong Kong and Macau are reached directly over the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge, and Shenzhen is reached via the Shenzhen–Zhongshan Link through Zhongshan. A visiting engineer normally flies into Hong Kong, Macau, Zhuhai or Shenzhen — tell us which airport and we will arrange the road transfer and meet you there.

The electronics supply chain of the Pearl River Delta sits around the plant. Most standard material and subcontract processes are sourced inside the Pearl River Delta: bare boards, components, mechanical parts, packaging and surface finishing. That matters on the days it goes wrong — a shortage on one line item, a stencil to recut, a layout change on an engineering build can usually be closed without stopping the build.

Founder and background
The company was founded by a Brazilian entrepreneur and has worked with overseas customers since it opened. If you are wondering whether communication will be a problem: it will not be new to us.
Drawings, BOMs, assembly notes and test specifications are read and answered in English. Engineering queries come back in your own document format — marked-up drawing, BOM line comments, a photograph of the actual joint — rather than as a vague request to confirm. Production and inspection records, first article reports, AOI and X-ray images and test logs are issued in English on request. The team is used to overseas acceptance practice, including customer-specified IPC-A-610 acceptance class, sample plans and pre-shipment inspection by a third party the customer appoints. Across time zones, that removes most of the round trips that slow a project down.
What we do
- SMT assembly: three lines, smallest part placed 01005 imperial (0402 metric), with 0201 imperial (0603 metric) as standard, plus fine pitch and micro BGA
- Through-hole (DIP), post-solder and mixed technology: wave soldering, selective soldering and a manual assembly line
- SAC305 lead-free as standard; tin-lead where you specify it
- BGA assembly, BGA rework and IR rework, with X-ray verification of the joints
- Turnkey, partial turnkey and consigned assembly
- Component purchasing, BOM kitting and material traceability by lot
- Laser-cut stainless stencils with nano-coating; jigs and test fixtures made in-house
- Test and inspection: AOI, X-ray, ICT, flying probe, FCT and visual inspection, with first article inspection on every build
- Conformal coating and reliability testing including burn-in
- Electronics design: schematic design, PCB layout, firmware, SDK, and DFM, DFT and DFR review
- NPI, box build, final assembly, packing and shipping
- Automation and mechanical parts: industrial robot cells, 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting and laser welding
Laboratories
The plant has labs for AI and machine vision, industrial robotics, electronics and instrumentation, audio and acoustics, and reliability testing. They are used during the prototype and pilot stage to verify function and run the tests a product needs before volume, so that failures show up on ten boards rather than on ten thousand.
