2. Why we collect it

We collect personal information only to answer the inquiry, quotation request or business proposal you submit to us, and for the business contact that follows from it — quotations, engineering questions, samples and orders. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell it or provide it to third parties, except where required by law or where you have given separate consent.

• The content of your message, such as product requirements, quantity and lead time
• The time of submission, and your IP address, stored only as a keyed hash, kept to identify abusive or automated form submissions. The key is held on the server and is not stored with the record

4. How it is handled

All of the above is entered and submitted by you, through a form on this website or by email to the address above. It is stored in our email system and business records, and read by the staff handling your inquiry. Access is assigned by role, and data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Beyond what you send us yourself, this website does not collect your personal information by any other means.

5. How long it is kept

Personal information is kept for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted or anonymised. If a business relationship has been established, records relating to contracts and orders are kept separately for the period required by law.

6. Storage outside mainland China

Our customers are largely outside China, and the servers hosting this website and our email service may be located outside mainland China. Information stored or used outside mainland China remains subject to this policy and to the applicable law, and is used only as far as necessary for the purposes described above.

7. Cookies

This website sets only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function, such as remembering your language choice and preventing duplicate form submissions. It uses no analytics cookies and no advertising or tracking cookies, and takes no part in cross-site behavioural profiling.

8. Your rights

You may access, copy, correct, supplement or delete your personal information, and you may withdraw a consent you have given at any time.
