Factory Tour

The plant occupies the 4th floor of Block 4, No.26 XinKe 2nd Rd, Baijiao Science & Technology Industrial Park, Doumen District, Zhuhai. It is laid out in the order the work happens: SMT, then through-hole and post-solder, then assembly and packing. Material runs from the warehouse to the lines and finished goods to the shipping area on a single path, which keeps handling and mixed lots down.

The production area is temperature and humidity controlled and ESD-controlled. Solder paste is brought back to room temperature for the specified time before use, and moisture-sensitive and static-sensitive parts are handled and moved under ESD conditions. The warehouse is binned by part number, and goods-in and issue records are tied to the production lot, so a board can be traced back to the reels it was built from.

The site also holds labs for AI and machine vision, industrial robotics, electronics and instrumentation, audio and acoustics, and reliability testing, used with customers during prototype and pilot builds. Visits are by appointment — tell us what you want to see and which lines your product would run on, and we will have the right engineers on the floor that day.
