Getting here
The plant is in Baijiao, Doumen District, on the west bank of the Pearl River estuary. Zhuhai Jinwan Airport and Gaolan Port are both inside Zhuhai. Hong Kong and Macau are reached directly over the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge. Shenzhen is reached via the Shenzhen–Zhongshan Link through Zhongshan, and Shenzhen Bao’an Airport is reached by road via the same link. Guangzhou is reached by expressway from the north.
The same roads work for material: most standard material and subcontract processes are sourced inside the Pearl River Delta, so a missing reel or an added process step is a question of hours on the road, not of freight from another province.
If you are visiting for the first time, please call a day ahead. We will meet you at the park entrance, and if you send your flight or border crossing time we can arrange the pickup around it.
What to send with an inquiry
A quotation is only as accurate as the package it is based on. To avoid a round of follow-up questions, please send:
- Gerber files, including the drill file and stack-up, stating base material, board thickness, copper weight and surface finish
- BOM, with reference designators, manufacturer, part number, package and quantity per board, and a note on which parts may be substituted and which must be the specified brand
- Pick-and-place file, with polarity and orientation reference stated
- Process requirements — solder alloy (SAC305 lead-free as standard; tin-lead where you specify it), conformal coating area, and any cosmetic requirement
- For consigned assembly, the list of customer-supplied parts, when they will arrive and how they are packaged
- The commercial frame: the acceptance class you want the boards built and inspected to, the quantity, your target lead time, and whether this is a prototype, a pilot run or volume production. Say as well which Incoterm you work on and how the boards are to be packed — those are quoted against what you ask for, and stating them up front saves a round of email
