What we optimise for

First-pass yield, then the ship date, then price — in that order. A board that passes AOI and functional test the first time costs less than a cheaper build that comes back for rework, and it is the only version of the price that holds at volume. When a lower quote would mean a riskier process, we say so and quote both.

How we work

DFM review before the stencil is cut, so pad, aperture and footprint problems are found on paper. First article inspection before the line runs. Material traceable by lot from goods-in to the finished board. Defects — cold joints, bridging, tombstoning, solder balls — are reported to you with the cause and the corrective action, not quietly reworked. Process changes go through you in writing.

What we will not do

We will not substitute a component without your written approval, even when the substitute is electrically identical and in stock. We will not ship boards that failed test with a promise to fix them later. We will not quote a date the component lead time cannot support in order to win the order, and we will not claim a process is in-house when it is subcontracted — if a step goes outside, you are told which step and to whom.

How we handle customer IP

An NDA is signed before files are transferred, and we will sign yours rather than insist on ours. Gerbers, BOMs, firmware, programming files and test specifications are used to build your product and for nothing else. Stencils, jigs and fixtures are stored under your account and are returned or destroyed when you ask. Your name and your boards do not appear on this website, in a quotation, or in a plant tour given to anyone else.
